How can I check the status of my order online?
Once you place an order you will receive an acknowledgment with your order number, product details and delivery service. If you are a registered user, you can view your order status by logging into your account with your user ID (e-mail address) and password, and then click on the "orders" button. Do you accept orders online for international delivery?

Can I pay my bill online? How?
You can pay your Satya Paul bill online conveniently and securely. In addition, you can pay through cheque/demand draft. Satyapaul.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your account will be charged once your order has been shipped. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.
How many days will it take for my purchased merchandise to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped from our regional distribution centre within approx. 7 to 9 working days. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.
